GENERAL INFORMATION

Carrying weighing signals from one end to the other in the factory always brings the risk of noise and loss. PA-420 solves this problem with its 4-20 mA current loop output. Unlike voltage-based signals, current signals are not affected by line resistance (voltage drop) over long distances and electromagnetic noises created by surrounding motors.

Highlighted Features:

Noise-Free Long Distance Transmission: It carries the signal to the PLC or control unit without loss by protecting it from disruptive external factors.

Easy Resetting (Zero/Span): It has an integrated resetting adjustment so that you can reset the mechanical platform weight (dead load) with a single touch.

High Driver Power: Although it is located in the economic segment, it can power and convert 4 pieces of 350 Ohm or 8 pieces of 700 Ohm load cells connected in parallel at the same time.

Practical Rail Mounting: With its standard DIN rail structure, it takes up minimum space in your panel and offers an orderly layout.

OUR ALTERNATE PRODUCTS

In the industrial weighing world, transmitter (signal converter) types are classified according to different data transmission methods such as analog, digital, wireless, and Modbus. PD-20 E represents the most modern and fastest link in this classification. It is a smart converter that processes data received from load cells and transfers it directly to your PLC, SCADA, or automation network via digital industrial communication protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP (Ethernet) and Modbus RTU.
PA-10 is a budget-friendly and highly reliable transmitter that converts weak electrical signals in millivolt (mV) levels coming from weight sensors (loadcells) into a 0-10V analog voltage signal, which is an industrial standard. It is designed to carry signals to long distances without loss and to integrate into control systems (PLC, panel meter, etc.).

The PD-20 S is a rail-mounted smart transmitter that converts precise, low-level millivolt (mV/V) signals from load cells into standard industrial signals (Analog, ModBus, and Digital Out) compatible with PLCs, SCADA, or other automation systems.
