The PCW-D Exproof model, manufactured by Puls Elektronik, is an ATEX-certified weighing solution specially configured for chemical and cosmetic facilities with explosion risks. The system guarantees quality standards by inspecting the masses of round-shaped products, such as aerosol cans, with high precision on a moving belt. Easily managed via a durable 7-inch touchscreen, the device supports the digital transformation processes of businesses by providing detailed statistical reports that enhance production efficiency. The carousel mechanism, which can be easily changed according to product diameters, allows for fast transitions between different production batches, reducing downtime. Two different reject systems, consisting of a piston and air blade, ensure safe separation suitable for all types of packaging structures.

Thanks to its starwheel design, this system requires no modification to existing conveyor lines and complies with special protection standards against spark or arc risks. While providing real-time reporting via its 7-inch touchscreen, it safely separates products with incorrect weights from the line using 4 different reject mechanisms.
