PULS Double-Fan Anti-Static Blower; is a dual-motor, high-airflow static eliminator designed to neutralize disruptive static charges in wide-surface areas and high-speed production lines where ionizer bars cannot be positioned close to the material.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Static electricity problems cannot be solved with conventional methods, especially when spread over a large area or when there is insufficient space for bar mounting. Thanks to its dual-fan structure, this unit delivers the positive and negative ions it creates to long distances (700mm and above) with a much wider projection and a high flow rate.

How It Works?

The device ionizes air molecules with the powerful electric field created on its needles. Two integrated powerful fans project these ions onto the material in the form of an "ion wind." When the statically charged material passes through this flow, it attracts the oppositely charged ions it needs and is neutralized within seconds.

Safety and Maintenance:

Protection: Prevents static-induced electrical shocks, explosion risks, and dust accumulation.

Air Filters: Filters located at the rear keep the motor and ionization area clean. Regular cleaning of these filters extends the system's lifespan.

Plug-and-Play: With its 220V power supply and flexible mounting brackets, it is easily mounted to any type of machine chassis.
