The Puls Perforation Detector is capable of detecting 300 holes per minute and operates at a frequency of 5Hz. The output voltage can be adjusted between 0kV and 18kV. The output voltage of the Smart Perforation Detector can be adjusted via a control unit with or without a display. Alternatively, it can be controlled via a PLC with analog output without the need for these units. The LEDs on the front panel indicate the amplitude of the output voltage. When a hole is detected, the counting LED flashes. Thanks to the 3-pin titanium needle-type counting sensor connected to its output, it is mounted facing a grounded surface at the application point. When an arc occurs from the needle to the ground through a hole, the optocoupler at the device output generates a 100ms pulse.
