During the injection of the plastic raw material into the mold with the help of the screw, high static electricity occurs on the plastic product surface which is shaped by the effect of temperature and pressure. During this operation, static electricity is formed on the surface.Due to the high static electricity, the dusts in the environment are collected over the object leading into undesirable contamination on the surface. This may also lead into damage to the electronic equipment of the machine.

Pulse Airblowers are mounted on the injection ports and thanks to the wide range and high ionization output, the surface of the product will be removed from the static electricity and these problems will be avoided and at the same time the parts will be cooled by the help of to the existing blower.

If you are manufacturing a product consisting of several parts and you are trying to fix these parts with plastic parts such as screws, plastic rivets etc., in case the parts have the same electric charge, the larger parts will repell the smaller parts, which will slow down your production and increase your production costs. Therefore it is essential to make static elimination at the exit of the injection machine.
