Static charges on the conveyor belt occurs due to the rubbing of plastic parts during conveyance. This static load will cause sticking and unintended movements of plastic parts.By using a PULS DC to be placed on the conveyor belt in the solution phase of the problem, an antistatic bar with compressed air or antistatic blower will neutralize the static charge in the environment and the production will be accordingly safely executed. The method to be used will be depending on the process.During Plastic Parts fall into conveyor and transferred from one place to another static charge is forming due to frictions. This static charge is causing into stickings and undesired moving of platic parts.For the solution of the problem, a Puls DC placed on conveyor, or Antistatic Bar with air apparatus or Antistatic Blower will neutralize the static charges for providing a stable production. The method to be shows variation according to application.
